   All orders are covered by free standard worldwide shipping, there is a 20USD to 30USD extra fee for expedited shipping.

   3. What Transportation Company do you use:
   Free/Standard Shipping, we use express companies such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.
   
   4. What about Tariffs and Taxes:
   Taxes are related to the recipient's region. The order may require customs duties and taxes, and you will bear these costs. (PS: Regarding to the  tariffs to the US, we have shipped many orders there, so we are very experienced,  due to the unstable  tariffs policy recently of the US, for most places of the US - except for the cities with Zip Code beginning with 96, we will ship by special shipping way which  includes  tariffs at our side, means, normally u don't need to pay any  tariffs.  Shipping time will be around 10 to 16  days.)

   5. Wrong Address Statement:
   The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly.
   If the package is returned due to the wrong address or cannot be delivered, we will not bear any responsibility. The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer.

For final sale items (customized items), a refund is not acceptable except for quality problems.

TIME LIMIT FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS
We have a 7-day no-reason return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES
Customized items are private customization, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at info@tqingofficial.com

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE
The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer due to the customer’s responsibility. If issues are caused by us, the return shipping fee is borne by us.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
